We acquired a foreclosed home that had been vacant, abandoned, left to rot, overgrown, with every surface ruined… so F*CKed we hired a clairvoyant to come in and clear the house of any latent negative energy. it took 5 days to get rid all the trash. then we finally got to work on the basic operating systems: new furnace, water heater, thousands of dollars of electrical work, all new fixtures, hardware, paint inside & out, decking, gutters, doors, the list goes on and on... the home was perfect as it was, she just needed to be loved up & made over. we’re proud of the end result and that we took the shittiest house, in a beautiful neighborhood, and made it one of the best.
