BIO

“I GREW UP IN THE NORTHWEST, OUT IN THE COUNTRY ON A FARM, WHICH MEANS I had to bust ass! That’s where I GOT MY WORK ETHIC AND CONSTRUCTION SKILLS, ALSO WHERE I FELL DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH THE LAND. THIS IS MY HOME AND ALWAYS WILL BE. I’VE BEEN in REAL ESTATE FOR 17 YEARS OFFICIALLY.

OVER THE COURSE OF MY CAREER I HAVE SOLD MANY RUN-DOWN-BUT-COOL PROPERTIES TO DEVELOPERS.  IN THE END I FOUND A CREW WHOSe WORK I RESPECTED, BUT DAMN, THERE IS A LOT OF DISAPPOINTING HOME DEPOT REMODELS OUT THERE. I DON'T WANT TO TALK SH*T BUT I FOUND A LOT THE FLIPS OUT THERE WERE kinda sad.  SO, IT’S NOT FAIR TO SIT THERE AND SMIRK, YOU GOTTA PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS, GET IN THE GAME AND PROVE YOU CAN DO IT…THUS ENDLESS LLC. Im HERE TO DO IT RIGHT.”

INSPIRATION

“At the end of the day my inspiration is in my DNA. My grandmother was first generation Swedish and my grandfather was first generation English. They had incredible style. Their home was a classic mid century modern, perched on a cul-de-sac in Santa Rosa. It was a gorgeous home laid out perfectly. As a young child my earliest memories are of playing in the little nooks, of exploring the bamboo forest in the back yard. There was a palpable sense of calm, beauty, and grace that I felt when I walked through grandma’s front door.

On a real estate investment level their daughter, my mother, is an active investor in the Eugene market to this day. She’s also a fan of mid century homes and has a modest portfolio of gems in south Eugene. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree: Ranch homes are my lifelong architectural obsession. I guess I’m just trying to get back to grandmas house. In the meanwhile I’m also deeply inspired by NW contemporary designs, A-Frames and modern architecture. I am inspired by any kind of good design: be it a surfboard, lamp or a deck.

the homes I own and am working on are not my dream homes; I need to be very thoughtful about location, condition, floor plan and styling…I am on a budget like every other average joe out there. I’ve discovered some wonderful hacks to bring Quality and style into your home on a budget. at the end of the day We are doing this for the love. Our motto at Endless is “no stress”. We’re not trying to set the world on fire. Taking an abandoned, damaged, neglected, tired looking home and giving it a new life is reward enough in itself!”
